TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read everything before commissioning me

General Information

By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.
✧ I have the right to refuse a commission.
✧ I only work with my art style.
✧ Please include references and other special requests when ordering from me.

Payment

✧ All payments will be made via PAYPAL invoice in USD only unless we agree on a different means of payment.
Commissions are non-refundable after the sketch phase.Payments can be either:
✧ 100% in full.
✧ OR 50% before I start your commission/after sketch and 50% before final work is delivered.
I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving the agreed payment.✧ If I am unable to complete the commission for an unjustifiable reason, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery Time

Here are the following estimated completion times:
✧ 2-4 weeks for Static Emotes
✧ 3-6 weeks for Animated Emotes
✧ 1-3 weeks for BadgesDelays may arise depending on the following factors:
order of the commission, complexity, health, work, school, or family issues.
✧ If delays arise, you will be notified.

Workflow

✧ I will start to work on your commission once the payment is confirmed.
✧ I will send you a sketch of your commission, where you can confirm the direction of the commission is satisfactory.
✧ I will then complete line art and rendering where you can request WIPs at any time.
✧ Once complete, the commission will be emailed in a .zip file or over Discord.

Revisions

✧ Revisions during the sketch stage are free of charge, however, I may charge an additional fee for excessive revisions.
✧ Small changes in further stages are allowed e.g colour saturation.Revisions after the final sketch has been confirmed will result in additional fee.

Copyright

✧ I retain the rights to the commissioned work and can publicly feature the work however I wish.
✧ Commissions are for personal use only, commercial rights will be an additional price of upwards of 100%.Client may not edit, trace, distribute, modify, make merchandise, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own.
✧ Please credit accordingly.

✧ Commissions can be rushed for ~30% of the base price.
✧ I accept realistic deadlines if notified at least 1 week beforehand.Prices may vary depending on character's complexity.

Animated Emotes

*This price is for emotes already made, please provide the properly separated files.
✧ Additional fee may be applied if the emote is not separated properly.Static versions of the emote will also be provided for Custom Animated Emotes.
✧ You will receive 112px, 56px and 28px sizes per Animated Emote.
